About the RTT Speed Loader
The RTT Speedloader extends the operating capability of a conventional belt conveyor. Acting as a powered extension, it conveys cargo the final distance to a trolley, container or conveyor, radically improving the ergonomic environment for the loader.
With 30% faster throughput and a 70% reduction in physical strain, it allows a single operator to sustain loading rates of up to 12 items per minute while eliminating the heavy lifting and twisting that drive manual handling injuries.
Guided into position by gentle pressure on the control handle, with powered lift, extension and synchronised belt drives, the Speedloader is simple to operate and fits any conveyor belt, making it an easy addition to both new and existing terminal setups.
